I went to Dreamworld on Monday and went into the Nightmares Freezer. I had to tag along on the end of a family of 3 boys because my friend was too scared to go in. She doesn't know what she missed! I was at the end... and always had the feeling someone was gonna come up behind me... I had so much fun screaming my head off at the "creatures" in there. I loved how they were so into the roles.. It has to be so much fun working in there! The first scare had me on edge through the whole maze. You feel so exposed because it's only a see through chain fence around you... and you can't see more than 2m ahead because of the smoke, and the strobe light flashing doesn't help you much either! I missed out on Angoscia because my friend was a time waster, and I wasn't watching the clock! Oh well, atleast I got one in!

Oh! I won't be there again until July / August for Big Brother. Guess I won't get to see this then. I've never done one of these walk-through things. Wish I'd done Prison Break Live when I was at Luna Park waiting for the Rogue Traders concert last year.

The Dreamworld website says Nightmares has been extended for a limited time. Does anyone know how long this will be? I'll be there probably around July 22 and I'm hoping it'll still be around then. Is that too much to hope for? Thanks.

I emailed Dreamworld to find out if Nightmares had been given another extension, as i will be there on July 22. They informed me that the attraction actually closed a week EARLY at close of business on Sunday 8 Jul 2007. Missed out by 2 weeks!

Grr. I did the Freezer on two seperate visits. The other was closed both times. Wanted to do the other one: how was it, those of you who were able to do it?

I did the freezer one at the February Screamworld with Tony and Lisa. I thought it was great. Would have been nice to do the nightmares one though.

I thought they were both pretty average, but decent for a Temp attraction. The best thing about Angoscia (I hope the spelling is correct) was the Gravity Tunnel. Now that was awsome.

Firstly in your original post you are quoting a comment 3 years old... so it is possible that things have changed. Yes it has moved. I'm sure if you had read the Dreamworlds Direction or Stage 3 is go go go you would have known this.
