My mind has changed from the time of my last post about this. I think the mountain should definitely stay, but get rid of the visible track.

Or they could also make do with what they already have as well because considering that the goldrush is what i think is 19th 1800s kind of thing is if they like still have some of the original parts layouts and images of the park is showcase them in there cause i would love to see that and i dont even remember half of the rides aswell.:unsure::blink:;)

I can barely understand your post. So you're saying that because Goldrush is themed to the 1800s, they should have a display of Dreamworld memorabilia inside the mountain? Meh, weird idea anyway.

Jjutyp please try hard to write posts that can be read, thanks. If what you meant in your post is what Gazza stated above then it sounds like an good idea IMO although very boring for those who aren't interested in what Dreamworld looked like 20 years ago. Cheers,

I think the idea behind that post was that since Goldrush is supposed to represent the past times and nostalgia, perhaps the visible pieces of track should be left in place, to add to the whole theme. Perhaps put a sign on the mountain indicating that it's a dried-up gold mine, and dangerous to enter.

^ But you can't just 'hollow' out the mountain, which is what I think you are saying. There is too much structural beams scattered all through the mountain. I personally would like the same ride there with just a little extra theming, but rebuilding it may or may not be possible.
