Featured Replies

Aussie Idol at luna park melbourne, did anyone notice that guy and shannon went to luna park melbourne for their promotional tour. it was great they rode a pretty crappy roller coaster but anyway.

You think they would of put them on the scenic railway for the promotion of it? Did look a bit lame on what ever you call it coaster but i sapose most people down here wouldn't know any better. Shaun

seeing though it was years Guy has been on a roller coaster it wasnt a good start to go on the trillseeker known at sea world, there also at ekka and the easter show. its crap

I presume if it wasn't the Scenic Railway, then it was Metropolis, which is of course a Pinfari Galaxy (RCDB says its SDC, but I'm pretty sure it's Pinfari). Scenic Railway is a horrid ride in its current state. I think that its top speed to roughness ratio would leave it as by far the most painful ride in Australia - I mean it's by far rougher than Bush Beast as is, and it only tops out at like 30km/h. Anyway, if I were a spoilt wannabe pop star, I know I wouldn't put myself through a ride like Scenic Railway. I guess Luna Park's management are smart enough to not put people on it. :)

I don't know about anyone else who watched it, but I saw it and lost all respect for Guy when he said it was the scariest thing he's ever done. It was Metropolis, which makes it on par for thrills with driving behind a Volvo. BTW I don't watch Idol, but my girlfriend does, so I had to sit through it.

Lol driving behind a volvo............. Volvo frivers are scary if you ask me :D Shaun
