Did TOT used to get all the way to the top?

Hey Guys, just wanted to know did thower of terror use to get all the way to the top of the tower.. If so why doesnt it anymore Thanks

    I was there a few weeks ago, it seemed to be going a lot higher than it used to last year... I would say it goes 3/4 of the way up, which is about what it's designed to do. It climbs to just before the brake section near the top.

    When I first went on the ride (probably about 6 months after it opened) the car went level with the "R" in the word "Tower". So as far as I've seen, it never went to the top of the tower in normal operation.
