Has anyone noticed if that footing that they cut part of it away has been fixed 

No major construction today. A new shipping container has arrived on site. And a crane is moving some supports.

I don't think we've got all the track pieces for the non-inverting loop onsite yet. Supports for it? Looks like.

New containers arrived this morning waiting to be unloaded

Today must have been productive

The 2 cranes are back on the non-inverted loop today.

These containers have Mack crates in them, crane is moving more supports onto site. Couple smaller supports behind fence installed for lift hill

The coaster already looks awesome in that first shot even without the loop

As I drove past at 1.30pm today.

Lit-up fence toppers!

Preparatory work is underway on the pillars for the rest of the fence (section shown below is underneath Stengel Dive) - Not a great photo, but it was the most obvious of all of the pillars; and it's proof of progress on the fence

Anyway, onto construction updates; work on the loop entry is progressing.

and now for the two comparison shots; back to the dusk shots, next two weeks will be day-time (assuming I can still get to the park)

Just curious for those who are familiar with coaster construction, would a copter be required to carry/lift the tallest parts of the coaster into place or would a crane be used for those parts?

A crane would easily do it.

Egads!!! I didn't even know such a crane existed!! Is there even one in Australia to perform the required construction if need be?

Edit: Apparently they are used by some Australian mining companies so I guess they are available if needed.

Valravn being built, which is over 200ft:

When I was there last week, some steel framing (which looked like a part of a crane) was arriving, and is now being stored on the road behind the shelters. Don't know if it is for a crane or not, just thought I'd add this.

Kingda Ka was built without a helicopter I believe.. 

Our 200ft-er should be fine without a helicopter.

Thanks @ThemeTendo that's exactly what I was referring to. Can anyone confirm what it is?

What it looks like and what it does might be 2 different things.  To me it looks like a bridge.  Something they might use to get over the swamp to TopGolf from MW without having to walk around via the road.

That would match up with the Hypercoaster Footbridge development permit they lodged a while back. 

Possibly just a maintenance/evac path? Possible it is/was to join the previously planned "lakeside precinct"?

Looks large enough to be a public thoroughfare footbridge, and a bit too large to be maintenance/evac. It's certainly not in its' final location, considering it is sitting on wood blocks.

Could it be a tunnel for the back end of the coaster?

With regards to the potential bridge parts, has anyone noticed if there has been any works started where the marks were shown near the viewing platform for Green Lantern?  Could this bridge be heading to this area perhaps?

Is the work you are talking about where the put footings at the front ? Id expect the bridge to lead to somewhere like between green lantern entry and justice league. They might still need an access road down the side, so maybe something is planned to be able to cross it?

There were some pictures of survey marks near the viewing area for Green lantern.  I had thought that they might move the entry for GL from the viewing platform to open an area of access through to the new hyper's station area.  Just wondering if this "bridge" section may fit into there, or if it is for the propose bridge through to the top golf area.

So with the official announcement about the Hyper due to be made public at noon today... who's excited??? 😁 About time, I say! ☺️👍
