I would say WWW next step is getting that lazy river to really round out the park.
Whilst the two parks may be ‘neck and neck’ on paper overall WWW is smashing WnW in every way because it’s fresh where as WnW is sadly very tired.

Getting a Lazy river with a wave machine (like the original expansion plan) and that new Mammoth slide tower will definately make WWW the better park. Maybe even using the HWSW tower for future expansion will give WWW more (and diverse) slides.

Anyone know what is happening with the log ride ? It says on the website that it's returning at the end of January but no work seems to have been done on it? Or is it to just get people to the water park to try out the new slides?

Yeah, went on my first ever trip to Dreamworld about a few weeks ago and was super disappointed to see it down (as well as a lot of other rides...) but got a good look at it and oh boy that thing was filthy. I'm not sure about the history but it doesn't look like that thing has been used in months, and as a result that section of the park was entirely dead. If they intend to open soon then it shouldn't have looked as dirty and decrepit as it did
