Just be glad we're lucky enough to live in the Gold Coast, where waterparks can be open all year round. That's just not possible in literally most parts of the world! So what if some of the slides are undergoing maintenance during the quiet period? All the slides that are open have little or no queue. It's awesome!

You haven't been around any apartment buildings in Sydney of late?

what relevance does this have to the MW MAINTENANCE ?????

Fixed it...?

@StingRay I have no idea what you are talking about.

It was three degrees this morning. It's winter. By all accounts from people, the park is dead. The tower needs maintenance. The rides need maintenance. What really buggers me off is clueless individuals that stomp their feet and throw a tantrum because what they want isn't available NOW, and it must have been done just to annoy them personally. I suppose you'd prefer them to close it in December-January?

Because it is winter, which is the season when they do all the maintenance on the water slides

Because they are doing maintenance on the tower itself and currently the wedgie and green room too

Was that ride a Zamperla Discovery? I can't seem to find information on it apart from the ride was called a Discovery and Zamperala make number of different pendulum rides varying in size called variations of "Discovery". PS if people want to see the video is currently on every news website.

Fair call, was also unaware of the associated death. Have removed it

honustly im disappointed because as a child I loved going on the splash out with my family never and it was one of many of the first rides there my antsy remembers when she first went there and the newest thing was the slide and she said she loved it and she still dose to this day she is going to be so sad to find out this news. When I found out I actually cried because it's am awsome ride in my opinion I state we should leave it how it is we all hate wating ik long lines for things true ?? Everyone can agree with me on that and building something like this will just attract more people and it's damaging our environment more than all the chlorine that's already in that ground area. And not to meantion it's a wage of money like what is it 7 MILLION dollars we would get more ppl coming to us and coining to our grounds if we out the money to good use such as helping the poor or the ones in need. The people who are loosing loved ones. Overall I think it's a bad idea.

At least wait until they add the theming.

Not helping my decision to renew my pass by today.

Going back to the maze located in Intencity, what if it's Halloween (2018)?
