I think you will find the condition is new @Gazza. I'm also no lawyer so I'm not going to pretend to be. What I do know is the Parks could cause bad faith with up to 20% of their customers ( @DaptoFunlandGuyto check all numbers). This forced vacation to enter will not last forever and will be lucky to last 6 months so a pause on passes wouldn't be a bad compromise.

That is not what is happening here.

The theming was fine but due to the unpopular ride I don't think MW care about the upkeep of the area.

That's why the parks need to communicate with guest better. I would bet your house on it that DW knew weeks ago these rides would have their maintenance period extended. What is the point of a maintenance page if a guest can’t rely on it? At least Shockwave has a massive welder parked next to it so you know some major repairs are going down. The Claw and Tail Spin don’t look like anybody has even touched them the entire time.

I wish they would open some slides up for this.

When you see 2 rides not running and not being worked on people start to think cost cutting.

@DaptoFunlandGuyYou will find most of the tender sites are subscription based. If you want to see ST on the tender site this is the message you get. "Upgrade to see project details" The only reason you could see Rivals on the tender sites is because the tender was only for the footings and not the whole project.

Plans and engineering would have to be completed before anything is lodged to council so me rushing to council records was probably a waste of time. Just because I said the information wasn’t for public viewing at every council doesn’t mean I wasn’t able to lie to gain access to the council web sites. In saying that If I found something that wasn’t public, I wouldn’t post it in the forums, I also wouldn't tell you that if I have found something if I wasn't able to post about it. What I can say is even with being sneaky, I haven’t found anything. Maybe somebody else will have better luck.
