I'm glad that it is in melbourne i enjoyed going there when we didn't go to any parks at all so. now it will be great and it is only a 40-60 minute plane ride from where I live to Melboure. So if this goes ahead I think I will be making a few more trips to Melbourne. Maybe even considering moving there in a four or five years. EDIT: Also it would be cool for them to put in a mine ride since the one at Dream World has gone adn i never got to ride it. They could theme it on diamond mines in africa. thats just what i want.

cool that would be interesting but i suppose they would rush you out before you could get a good look at anything.

it may be a little useless but what else could they put there that would be useful besides food stalls. Any way I wish I could go to the last show as well but I will not be heading up to queensland until late 2009 so i will miss out on it. But at least i have seen it one time before it closed.

Well I would be very interested in going through that. I think it would be a nice edition to make it feel more like hollywood a real movie set tour.

acording to the website the only scheduled maintenance is for the lethal weapon and that is in May so unless some thing unscheduled comes up i reckon it should be open.

yeah your not alone i didn't understand that much of that either. any way I hope they build a new coaster quickly so it will be there on my next trip in 2009.

how could you not have much fun there? any way if it goes ahead it will still go there and just not make any notice of it. if what alot of the people are thinking are true it will only go over the shop/shrek 4d area and i don't spend alot of my time there so it won't worry me to much. but at the end of the day Warner Village own the park and they can do with it what they want and if a couple of people don't like it I don't think that Warner Village will care that much they will still be making money out of the park and if it begins to rain alot of people will stay around that area and buy things from the shops.

oh yeah i never thought of that maybe they could put in a flying dutchman or a standing coaster something like that would be pretty cool.

That may have been them taking it apart who knows. but the thing i really hate is they closed it a little while before i went there so i never got to ride it.

yea i sort of agree with you i dont want it to go ahead but if it does i think i might be able to ignore it but i think that it would be much wiser for them to put that money towards a ride or coaster. some thing new for wild west falls perhaps

oh yeah i remember that path now i only used it once. well then i suppose i dont have any problems with the thing going ahead now as long as it doesnt look to ugly and the only do it on the main street.

yeah that would make sense and in that case it would worry me to much because the only decent thing along there besides shops is shrek. it would really only be the shops under cover. and i dont really hang around them to often. Also if they did that and it began to rain would that cause a large crowd in that area making it nearly impossible to get from the entrance to the other side of the park? and there would be no way around you would have to push through all of the people.

this is just a guess but maybe from where the buildings start all the way around to the to the sqaure then maybe over the top of that until you reach wild west falls and the looney toon place that would be my best bet but i have no idea

yeah that design is alot better looking and it looks like it would not be like a green house and heat everyhting up i could handle that sort of thing but it still would not be as magical as it was before

ok i could not sleep so i decided to look at some theme parks and i found myself on wikipedia. on there it says that there is a roller coaster TBA at movie world. i know that most of what is on wikipedia is bull dung but i was just wondering if there is any truth to this rumor. his is the link as well. my counsin just bought me rtc 3 plus soaked and the other expansion wild so when he gets back from melbourne with it it will be within the next couple of days i will play it and tell you what it is like.

There are some pros to the idea but there are also some cons. but i think that there are more cons than pros pros- coverage from rain Cons- will make it very hot underneath takes away the magic from the street and looks terrible but if they manged to scrape up enough cash to make it retractable i might not have to much of a problem with it.

in some ways it expanding would take away from the feel of it being all about the animals but on a plus side i suppose that there would be more money and that would be better for the animals to get what they need i think it could be a good idea. but i would probably spend more time with the animals even if they build some rides.
