Accident during Stunt Driver show at Movieworld
Fish detectives is the only thing worth being called a "show"

Tailspin keeps breaking down at DW?
Doesn't mean it's going to do the ride any favours. I wouldn't be too surprised if it broke down before maintenance. Seems in line with the run of luck they're having.

Accident during Stunt Driver show at Movieworld
Don't get me wrong, I like watching FMX and Motorsport shows, but, it's not really the right fit for a theme park. It seems like showtime had nothing better to do and the park wanted a quick and cheap bandaid fix. At least hwsd1 had somewhat of a movie element to it, well the original one, everything from hwsd1.5 kind of sucked.

Yeah but it's not really a show worth coming back to.

Yeah, those guys do it enough that something like that he'd bounce straight back up and get on the bike. Aussie riders are tough....

Introducing dream world's new "Roland Dane whinge-o-rama". God I hate that guy. It would be nice to see them turn redline into something interesting.

Accident during Stunt Driver show at Movieworld
Then couldn't this be solved with a simple radio system, or actually, shouldn't there be a dude in the control both telling them when they're clear to start their run?

Accident during Stunt Driver show at Movieworld
I'm guessing no radio contact and someone just messed up their timing. Hard to say who is at fault, but at a guess I'd say bike took his run too fast? But at the same time it may have been the car being too slow off the mark. Isn't the car supposed to come out and the bike go in behind it?

Gaming Consoles..
Not console related, but I do make some questionable purchases while I have no internet to distract me. (Switching ISP) (Sorry mobile site wasn't playing nice with my phone to host it on parkz)

Adventure World 2015 - 'Mi2' Kraken Tornado slide
Out of curiosity, why does the ride have to be shut down in @ 41 degrees?

Eureka Mountain Mine Ride reopening discussion
I think at some point in one of the other thousand threads on this someone with connections at the park said the current crop of staff don't even know the reason for the closure either.

Eureka Mountain Mine Ride reopening discussion
My understanding of it (and I honestly can't remember where I heard this) was that the lift chain (or something to do with the lift hill system) was needing parts that could no longer be sourced and that replacing them was too greater cost than what the park was willing to accept at the time. I have no idea if that's true or not, but it seems feasible.
