  1. It's the scooby doo nut crusher that's the problem with that one.
  2. So each colour is for the set of matching poles. Note the green and red overlap.
  3. Cheers. Seems the article from OP has the correct reference but incorrect link.
  4. I don't get how it works though, it was lodged as an already approved application? Was that because it was done by a private certifier so this was merely a formality? Application Number: BLD201513123 Description: NEW DWELLING Code: BUILDING Class: HOUSE Work: CONSTRUCT Lodged: 30/10/2015
  5. But this is 2016. It doesn't matter if I know it's not your fault, the correct thing to do is blame you anyway. Or the gub'ment. Or the evil dirty no good cops. On topic though, with the picture showing the 2 areas, is that 2 areas though? The overlay looks pretty dodgy. The poles don't seem to line up where you'd expect them to. Also what's going on with the roof on the right hand side?
  6. I know "reo bar" still works, but what a stupid name. It's not "reonforcing bar" it's "REinforcing BAR" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rebar
  7. And my eyes are upset about the way your post is rendered.....
  8. The article in the OP links to the application. Nothing seems to have changed at a quick glance. http://pdonline.goldcoast.qld.gov.au/masterview/modules/applicationmaster/default.aspx?page=wrapper&key=228855#
  9. Why though. We haven't been able to confirm that they will never reopen it. It just won't be on the cards for a little while longer. maybe 2020? Hell, maybe with the games approaching they'll hurry up and fix up that side of the park instead of trying to herd everyone away from it.
  10. Nah, the temp one will cover kevil. When the temp one goes, kevil is still there.
  11. Favourite: Tatsu Least favourite: Can't really think of something that was overwhelmingly disappointing.
  12. ^ So? Gives them the option of easily removing it later and reinstating the old facade.
  13. I think Selina might not be too happy you've been riding her husband.
  14. Needs more shade for guests please Dreamworld.
  15. It would have to be a pretty big gaping wide hole if you're going to get a whole foot..er in there. Whatever erection they need to create for the ride will need to be something that be sustained for a very long period. When you think about all the forces of the ride, they'll have to penetrate the ground pretty deep so it can provide the required level of enjoyment to visitors. No one wants a flaccid hammer after all.
  16. Maybe the white building under the facade that could almost maybe kind of look like canvas if you stand back 3km and squint?
  17. Hasn't it been like that for ages though? It's like they're trying to hide it.
  18. Whoa. Would never have even picked that as a same train.
  19. Not really IMO. I covered my balcony in artificial grass a while back and it's quite cool even in direct sunlight. I just hope they (assuming it's not staying) remove the facade of kevil. It just looks even more out of place now. Dreamworld, if not already planned, please add some shade in that area so when people are viewing the cubs it's not too annoying/hot/glarey in the sun.
  20. And it worked great too if anyone damaged/graffiti'd the queue!
