Nah they just had the workers jump out of the way each time a train came past. It was that reason they slowed the loading procedure down and never sped it back up again.

Well given that one of them is V8 Supercars driver James Courtney, it's fairly safe to say it was a soft/media opening. (The guy beside him is really familiar too but I'm not a Holden fan). The car looks great. I'm slightly concerned over the lack of obvious change in the station. Looks like the only thing replaced so far is the baskets. Doesn't look like the repainted the floor. Wouldn't be too surprised if all the cobwebs are still there too. The outside of the ride (entry) looks great though. I really hope they just don't drop the ball on the inside.

Is it though? It seems to be an issue completely isolated to you and yet conveniently your pics work fine on a facebook page you want to promote. Your pictures upload perfectly fine when I try. Also does anyone else immediately think of Grill'd when they see the new burger joint?

I thought we'd all been agreeing long ago, prior to any official confirmed refurb that cyclone needed some fresh paint? It's just not that refurb talks (and now work) are happening that it's been brought up again.

I think it's more of a general feeling that when they go to the effort of replacing trains/doing whatever to upgrade/extend the life of a ride, a repaint would go a long way towards making it feel like a complete revamp.
