This looks like it's final resting place. For now at least. Interesting to note they've put a tarp up around it so you can't really get a clear shot.

Urgh you guys posted all this after I put my phone in the locker. Wipe out is blocked off, gondola gone, pool had been dug out. We got a couple of photos of tigers and left, I only decided to go down there this morning so apologies for the late thread.

Re the ramp - yes, but for years they've had the smaller ramp on the back of the truck doing the same tricks. They've been able to turn around the existing ramp, and they've had 2 or 3 people on the ramp and jump a bike over them on their existing ramp. I guess we'll have to see what they have in store. I'm happy they've covered it regardless. I'm hoping at least that if the riders are doing a little acting as well as their tricks that they've had at least a little bit of coaching from them. Nothing more awkward than sports stars who are forced to "act" for a camera when they clearly don't want to. Does a view of the screen matter though? I mean you're there to see it live, but again it depends on what they utilise the screen for.

Oh I didn't realise Showtime were doing this show. Hope Gary's worked on his acting skills a bit lot.

How did it get stuck at that point? Is there brakes on the train itself or could they just give it a little nudge to bring it somewhere easier to retrieve them from?

Why not build them in there? Looks like a pretty straight forward setup. I mean if they have the arena closed anyway, why not.

I dont get why they need to be lifting them that high to put them in place? To me it looks like a 3-wide landing ramp. or maybe for a car

Because, you know, fuck all the family groups and people with children who want to visit the park, right? I mean how dare they be offered something to enjoy while they visit. MW should cater to enthusiasts only because, let's face it, there the only people who go to the park. not the general public, let alone anyone with a child. We don't know that this has been scrapped. All we know is that this was delayed due to funding being needed elsewhere. Something is still on the cards for them. We do not know what yet though, (Sure maybe someone on here does) but right now, all we know is it's not announced publicly yet. Maybe it will be the exact same plan they had before. Maybe it will be on a larger scale. Maybe it was custom designed and will fill the entire building and be really well themed. Maybe it will be a completely different ride we haven't even begun to discuss yet. Maybe the building will be knocked down and a never before seen coaster will take it's place. Right now it's all speculation, but personally I'd love to see a family ride of the same caliber with LT making a return to the park.

I think this is happening, but not yet because funds were allocated to Sea World for the polar bear cubs
