I don't think he was trying to debate with you either. I actually think it's good that you feel that FN are better than HHN. Good to hear that people believe MW have an event which is world class. I've never been to HHN so I can't provide my opinion and compare the events.

I think the idea of a coaster there would be good and an outback theme would probably be good, but I doubt they would do an aboriginal theme, as it may be seen as disrespectful to the aboriginal communities and they would have to get permission from them to use that as a theme for a ride.

^No I don't think so. SW have just said opening these school holdiays, and on FB when people have asked when it opens, they have replied with, at some point during the holidays. And they also said due to the rain over the last couple of days has set them back a little.

^The removal of the carnival games and signage is a promising sign that they will be reopening the ride.

Looking at this image, do people think that they will have a pathway going to around the back of the two whales? The way it looks in the image, it seems like they will. And does anyone have any ideas of what they might/could do with that land to the right where there is just sand at the moment?

^Thats what I was thinking. I was at the park yesterday and I didn't notice anything new since the last person provided an update.

As I've mentioned before on here, I get scared very easily, but always find enjoyment when going to FN. Last year I did all the mazes and the WC and EW mazes were terrifying for me, and when I came out of WC I had to lay on the ground for a bit to relax. All the small details in both mazes was great and add that extra scare factor to them. Yes it would have been good to have another 2 new mazes, but at least we know that if these are of the same standard as last year, then we should have 4 great mazes, rather than just a couple. And with the extra elements they are brining in this year, i don't think it matters at all that they are bringing back mazes,

^That's exactly what I was thinking. It seems like all the rides are installed, but I would say they all/most need to be tested and all pathways need to be laid, and vegetation planted. I would say that it may be early October before it opens.

I would say that they won't be using the SDSC queue space again for a maze this year, due to the issues there were last year with the queue for the maze blocking the path. Despite the overflow queue line being used, once that was full it would flow onto the pathway and block access, without cutting though it. So by using the dodgems space for a maze it should stop any issues of blocking pathways.

It's been announced that it will be opening these school holidays. EDIT: Karla on SWs FB page has said it will be open in time for the holidays on the 19th.

MWs snap chat has confirmed that maze 2 will be in sound stage 1.

I remember a few years back a friend of mine went for an interview at DW and was told that a Disneyland was in the plans, and could have an affect on the park, which may result in the people being hired to loose their jobs.

According the TPSN general admission tickets will be available from tomorrow and tickets will start from $32

^I doubt it. They've only recently fixed up HSD2, and the 4D show is coming this usually just change without much notice.

^I would say from that post they meant that they are some of the dates, but more are to be announced. I read something on FB that for the people who went to the Rv commercial recording last week got a free ticket to FN on one of those nights. Id say that's where they got that information from. And yes he fountain is operating

^I would say they only installed it for the recording of the to commercial. I would say that they will put it back in place when I gets closer to FN starting.
