  1. Not sure if it was all ticket holders or just members, but I received a survey/feedback from VTP yesterday about FNs. Good opportunity to let them know what you liked, didn’t, and what you would like to see in the future! (Everyone pls put you would like to see 1 or 2 nights for +18s only! Haha)
  2. Tbh, for any guest that complains that there are Xmas decorations up prior to Halloween I would support managements decision to swiftly remove them from Park, on the proviso they be given free Easter themed merchandise on the way out.
  3. Why? Whats 2 days difference make? If they already had the Necessary high-reaching equipment out for take down the FN’s stuff, may as well put stuff up at the same time
  4. I’m sure Alex will reply when he manages to remove the tongue from firmly inside his cheek...
  5. That’s been known for a long time, SW is for now the new permanent home. Fingers crossed they find a way to work it better second Time around as it was a pale comparison to prior years
  6. $79 for adults during Kids Month is pretty much as cheap as it has been. You can sometimes score passes around that price from scoopon/groupon. Or wait for the next buy 3 get 1 free promo
  7. If there was ANY concern whatsoever of the same thing occurring, the ride would NEVER open again.
  8. I’ve never once seen GD depart with only one person on the ride... given the supposed time frame, and a complete lack of media or social media coverage, I’m calling absolute BS
  9. Ahh.. remember the trams from the tour, and now I think about it I do recall seeing them outside PC car park when I first visited there about 18 months ago. Completely forgot about them!
  10. I think that’s about as descriptive as he gets...
  11. It doesn’t say nor mean that operator error didn’t contribute or cause the accident, just that there was no maliciousness involved on their behalf that could see them be found personally liable
  12. It wasn’t directed at someone... it’s not like users regularly swear here... if the worst thing a kid manages to see/do online is stumble on this forum and see a swear word, then I’d be pretty happy.
  13. Sorry @themeparkaddict but I call absolute BS on a coaster only being down for maintenance for 4 days in 2 years.
  14. September wasn’t 2 months ago... it was only just over 2 weeks ago..
  15. It’s called the Corkscrew Coaster. They just don’t refer to it as that in some of their press releases/messages
  16. Given almost every water park known to man has a tip bucket, and the one in question has operated for near on a decade, there is zero truth to that...
  17. SDSC is probably the most restrictive in terms of size from what I’ve seen with people. If you make it on there you’ll be sweet on Rivals
  18. Nice one Push. Good to see you expanding your ride horizons! Dont forget torrential rain was forecast yesterday, and it held off for most of the day (pretty much until Fright Nights opened - thanks! Haha). I wouldn’t have planned a day to the park in those conditions
  19. Well... DCR in torrential driving rain is something... 3 mins of what feels like needles or small pebbles being blasted into your face is kinda memorable yet painful. Physically couldn’t see as you couldn’t really keep your eyes open thanks to the slow loaders in the car awaiting departure, the 2 mins in the brake run got everyone to ‘drowning’ levels of wet. backed it up immediately with a backwards run, which thankfully negated the eye needles and was a heap of fun
  20. No credit deserved the photo Mickey - not mine! Haha i won’t even bother with a review. Only hit up Halloween which I enjoyed, mainly as it meant 3mins of not getting further soaked (not that I could really have got any further soaked by that point)
  21. Well tonight was fun....
  22. As much as I love my theme parks, the state government won’t even stump up the money to fix bottlenecks on the M1... the northern GC is desperate for schools. There is much better things I’d love to see the government put money into other than theme parks. Planning fee exemptions and fast tracks to approvals I am all for
  23. Hey guys, have forgotten since last year... where are the access paths to get to the new maze sheds? I know there was one path up past the smoking area near WWF, but where was the other path way? Is it near AA?
  24. Not a big fan of fast track in general, but I don’t see a $4 jump being a massive deal if demand and capacity warrant it. I mean if I’m desperate to skip the queue and was willing to pay $15, then an extra $4 that would buy me about half a bottle of water isn’t going to make me go “oh f**k it, I’ll just wait in the general queue for 1-1.5hrs and hold onto my $4...”
