Would SE even need to be closed for Surfrider to be installed? Aside from putting the track in place (which could be done when the parks closed) they could probably do most of it while SE is running.

Serpent Slayer successfully reopened! The framework above the KFP fountain has been repainted

Popped in today! Really good exhibit, and pretty big indeed. Had a couple of viewing areas you can crawl through, similar to Tiger Island (notice the dome). Had an interactive touch screen panel aimed at kids that played some cute animations if you got the answers right Some other animals in there too, such as Snakes and Mice. Couple of empty enclosures, which will apparently be getting Frogs and another type of Snake. It's basically another nocturnal house. The old Bilby enclosure now holds Hopping Mice.

That's a shame. Looked like a fun ride! Maybe I need to fast track a trip to Perth.

Superman Escape reopened today and looked to be running one train. Happy to report that the speakers in the area are back, playing the iconic Superman theme!

The ride is in! New Marvin / K9 models too, that sit on the operator's cabin.

Not to turn this into a reaction thread, but a Japanese game show did a bit for the Giant Drop which was fun

I thought it was another Justice League vehicle at first, like the one in front of it. But looking closer it does seem a bit different...

I'd have to go with Steel Taipan. It's a full package, fun and very re-rideable. Not to mention the spinning seat. I love Superman, it's just a bit too short for me. Also - queuing an hour without your phone in a cramped queue with one train operations is not my idea of fun, especially for a short ride.

Not a literal zero car. Zero car is often synonymous with the themed front of a train (lead car?) Interesting. That was slightly after the last time I rode it.
