    I wasn't talking about you, quoted was the opinion that started the conversation you're jumping into. Im really confused. How did you turn my little tongue in cheek comment about it being delayed into some suggestion I said Dreamworld are mismanaging things? I didnt say that. You went on some big tangent that Seaworld is badly run and Dreamworld isnt and Im not sure why or how any of that came from my little comment. Sorry if I triggered a saw point or something where the Seaworld park treated you badly in the past.

    Ok they never had a date, and only extended the date as delays that were well dealt with and clearly explained came along. Got it makes total sense now. Youre right, its way different to that other park. I had it in my head that you were just manipulating words around to assemble a story that fitted a reality you were making up. My bad

    Wouldnt it cost a lot of money to add videos to that station show anyway? Theyd have to pay people to change the programs and stuff right?

    Is it half a case at Leviathan that operators just like the sound of their own voice and want to boss guests around? Maybe they are trying to hurry people to try and makeup for the horribly slow speed the design of the ride creates?

    The employees on mic at Six Flags is just about one of the most annoying things ever to happen in a theme park

    I remember the great days of no internet and you just got the park, saw what the moose had to say and got on with your day.

    Thats a shame because the current cars have charm.

    Theyre definitely being pretty cheap on this makeover. But thats ok because they are a park trying to do good and get back on their feet right now. If it was Movieworld that would be a different story, that would be just cheapening the experience plain and simple.

    Yeah I remember when they got the Volcano. They also added extra theming to the ship that was in the middle with mini cannons and so forth to shoot water rather than simple hoses as before.

    When Scooby first opened it looked amazing and then steadily over time until it closed before nextgen it got progressively worse. By the time it closed the wild mouse part was awful and the ghost train part barely even lit up. When it opened for nextgen the inside was arguably as good as it opened minus the last room before the drop if you forgot about the ugly projections. The lift has always stayed crap but at least the wild mouse part looks better now than it did at least the last 10 years or more. We tend to combine all the best bits into one amazing ride but in reality after the first 5 years it hardly ever looked that good again.

    Its always amazing how Movie World seem to (or just not care) think guests are blind on Superman and Scooby and just use them as a dumping ground for all sorts of ride crap that you can clearly see on ride.

    Is it any less relevant than Scooby Doo which is a crowd pleaser ride? It seems like a very immersive and timeless family addition. Well that is assuming it get’s built like the concept art.

    Good on the park for opening it for you rather than just giving up and not bothering that day.

    From what I can piece together, the ride was always going to have a long major refurb but its been brought forward and announced seemingly suddenly. So this is more a case of people being upset that an extended closure was announced without warning rather than aggrieved that said closure has been brought forward a bit yeah?

    A lot of the sky is falling here. Isnt it possible it was going to open December 26 2024 and now could be opening January 1 2025? The delay could be as small as a few days and still cause the year change.
