Has anyone played Minecraft? I'm thinking of playing... waiting for it to come out on Xbox One. It's supposed to come out in August.

Would like to know what you guys think. Is it worth it?

It can get a tad very boring unless you have a few others to play with.

Otherwise, a great game. Better on PC though.

It's fun to mess around in on pc. Using a controller on a console though..... can't say it sounds like much fun. It's much easier as a KB/Mouse game with friends.

I forgot the name of the server, but I do know that there is a Minecraft server dedicated to recreating Walt Disney World completely. If I remember the name, I'll make an edit and post it here.

I got Minecraft on the iPad due to get it on PS4 maybe I could get this for the Wii U if it comes out

See I really don't get it - here we have graphics the equivalent of Warcraft 1 (no younglings - not World of Warcraft - Warcraft released 1994).

Surely No Limits, or RCT3 shits all over this... and if so - where is the attraction in using something not even built for purpose?

I think in a sense its just like playing with lego, and seeing what you can do within the construct of the game. It's quite deep from what i can see. If coasters don't float your boat you can do stuff like build simple computers using the switches and redstone in the game.

There's a certain satisfaction to be had for some people for building particularly elaborate stuff like this.

Or y'know a 1:1 model of the USS Enterprise.....
