Around the grounds at Village Theme Parks

As we head into winter we check in on the goings on at the three main Village theme parks on the Gold Coast. The new slides at Wet 'n' Wild have been delivered to site. Over at Sea World progress has slowed on Leviathan. Incremental improvements continue at Movie World in time for their 30th anniversary.

Just had a quick read and saw myself in both of the photographs on Doomsday Destroyer. Scared me a bit haha 😅

They should probably give the garden a bit of a tidy up so you can actually see all the wonderful ‘theming’

Also, how long has the yellow/mustard villain that was above the archway been gone for?

I prefer it overgrown but poison ivy would be a better fit

It's been gone for a couple of weeks now... It was removed sometime when Rivals entered its annual maintenance period.

No way! They took away Parallax?? Bummer!! I heard that he used to roar when guests walked underneath him 

They took the head off about 2 months ago for "cleaning" (that's what I was told by employees).

I heard he sounded like a broken record repeating the same 7 word phrase every 6 seconds in an extraordinarily poorly executed example of queue special effects.

Lex Luthor and his vehicle have returned to the interactive DC Super-Villains Unleashed precinct... The white card connected via chain used for scanning at interactive exhibits still remains attached.
