Kinda seems a bit of a meh proposal, despite its size and judging by the renderings shown on the news.
All the usual buzzwords, such as "luxury hotel", "shopping an dining", "golf course", "casino" etc etc. And of course, all the buildings are those long blocky things, painted white, with lots of glass.
It just comes across so generic! You'll go there, and the "shopping" will consist of the same designer stores seen at any other large modern shopping centre, just arranged in a different order.
5 star hotel? Hardly a groundbreaking offering in that market. Ditto the golf course.
I'm not anti development or anything, and I wouldn't care if it got built or not, but its just such stereotypical big company stuff that its hard to get remotely excited.
The Wavebreak proposal for the GC has similar feelings from me.
