The opening feels so close I can almost taste it!

Just to clarify our policy on mega-threads: We want people to start new threads to discuss new things, even if it's relatively minor. It's easier for everyone to find and follow what they're interested in this way and there's no harm in a thread with only a few replies discussing something small like park map changes. Construction threads are really the only exception to this as it's useful to keep this lumped together and in easy chronological order for future reference. In this case a new thread to show map changes is perfectly fine and preferable to adding it to the construction thread because it's different enough. We changed the title of this thread from "Dreamworld minor updates" early on to prevent it from becoming another mega-thread.

Staff started training on the ride yesterday. Took quite some time for Brogent to sync everything together. Expect soft openings some time next week.

Could be improved if they just removed the concrete path on the left. Considering they've just repaved the roads I'm surprised they didn't do that.

That pathway is so cramped. 😕

Yesterday they shook hands and thanked each other.

Guessing they have a calendar and darts and that's how they will be deciding the opening date if the ride is in fact complete.

The park will really struggle to absorb those extra 80 people per hour.....

That's where they're putting in the go-go dancers.

If you're going to post photos from Dreamworld why not post photos from Movie World or WnW for comparison? Hardly fair to say one park has nobody there if the others are similar.

When you go on experience oz website, the first thing that pops up are tickets to Movie World....

Oh awesome, a Sky Voyager branded shopvac. I wonder how much that will retail for.
