It definitely will be done by then, They are already way ahead of schedule, Once Intamin arrive in the country (Apparently have) they will carry out 16 weeks of testing and then open the ride to the public, Expecting the potential opening date of December 26th.4 points

When staying at Paradise country I did ask what the construction was. Staff confirmed it was the new meerckat enclose which will also be designed for guest encounters too. He also said they have other animals coming soon. With the enclosure the meerkats are currently in, I thought it would suit echidnas. 🤔1 point

We can only hope that now scaffolding and the flags are gone big construction updates start happening and is actually acknowledge by sea world and not left in a dc rivals situation.1 point

Just drove past the park, all the scaffolding has been removed from around the coaster. And the flag poles at the top of lift hill are also gone Just reading through this forum again and this made me laugh. A year later and still under construction1 point

I'm not sure? I don't think we really talked about it. Did we? At first i was expecting it to open in time for the start of the summer school holidays but it was only until i was told by the park that it's going to take 16 weeks of testing before it's open is when i changed my mind on that but yeah it might have. Not too sure?1 point

I think it would be cool if we could find somebody from The Land Down Under that could design a station that doesn't end up looking like a bunnings prefab carport. Just once would be nice.1 point

Quick Update: went past luna park today and they were mostly starting to pack up Maloneys corner and were removing the temporary fences, wasn't able to take photos because my phone died but i will try to get back there sometime in February1 point

i was there for about 2 hours today and it felt rather sad knowing it was the final time i will get to go there for some time but when i have some free time i might walk along to boardwalk to see the progress that i will post to these forums1 point
