  1. Ok so unfortunately due to a brownout I have lost 2 HDDs including all my RCT3 save files, so this won't be going any further now. :'(
  2. Unless it gets a whole re-theme (change boats) and concrete just happens to fit in with the the new coaster theme. And to counteract my own argument, what about the castle....
  3. ^ How dare you expect them to walk back to a locker that might take them 1-2 minutes out of their way!
  4. Nice vid, but would be better set to music without the annoying crowd voices and ambient noise.
  5. ^ DW has enough flats for the whole country, MW/any of the VRTP don't need to go there. edit - how'd I fuck that up?
  6. Depends if you're talking "rides" (coasters etc) or "attractions" (exhibits/walkthroughs etc) Either way, yes, but they're working on it already, it just takes time and money. Since LTRR there's been AA GL JL Be patient, there will be more on the way.
  7. Ok, please don't do this again! That's as far as this potential argument needs to go. We've all been through this in what, 2 or 3 other threads? OT - Considering how fast rides have gone up of late, I personally would have expected to see a bit more development at this point. In saying that, hopefully this is a good sign and it's going to be well thought out with great theming.

That's somewhere between kind of cool and kind of lame
  9. I managed to get back to the park this afternoon and surprisingly the staff let me take my StopAmateur camera onto the waterslides so I could capture this POV of 4 of the slides. The staff tell me to date there has been no "reported" deaths.
  10. I know right, you should see the dummies coming out! The blue or the red one can't remember which, but it comes out sideways.

So my local park happens to be at the moment a very small and slowly developing themepark. It began as a small waterpark but the owners have decided that as the weather cools down, they were not as profitable as they'd hoped and were forced to sell the park to a foreign investor. Fortunately for the locals and tourists alike, the cashed-up new owners decided to buy a large amount of the surrounding land and turn it into a full size themepark. Now I'm no park planner myself, so I'm not really sure why they decided to firstly build a train around an otherwise empty park, but I'm sure they'll have something planned for future development. As this is the first railway of it's kind in the area, there was quite a bit of hype when it opened and at the moment just allows for a slow trip around the vacant areas of the park. It's been a few months since any real activity occurred at the park and a while since I'd been there myself. Anyway, I got back into the park yesterday and it seems there is now a bit of construction happening in one corner of the park. The trucks have moved in and ground has been broken. There's been no announcements as to what's going in there and the staff I spoke to were remaining very tight lipped on what exactly was happening. I did manage to get a few shots for you from the train and from a helicopter with the help of one of the local farmers. Firstly here's one of the park from the chopper. 12. Speaking of the theatre, what's in there at the moment? (Yes I know I could just look at the website) I'd actually forgotten that SW even had a theatre.
  13. Cost? They might be circulating the dino island area each year or so with something new and this might be it? In saying that though, DW have the best readily available location for a jungle cruise which I'd love to see there. Personally I don't think there is enough space in SW as it is at the moment to fit in a decent JC style ride. They could reclaim a bit more of the lake and put in a new exhibit over where the pirate ship was, or have we worked that out as being something else?
  14. ^ Yes, you're right and I'm not trying to debate that, but it's just easier to say near-drowning because most people assume drowning = death.
  15. Unless something else is leaving, don't they require a reasonably decent sized space? And what if it was a jungle cruise type thing? Isn't that the point of these forums? To speculate and discuss possible outcomes? It's going to be pretty damn boring on here if we can only talk about things that have certain outcomes.
  16. Unless it's all just static/animatronic statues.
  17. You mean where the battle boats and the high ropes thing is now?
  18. Quick action by a nurse and lifeguard saved the life of a little girl who nearly drowned at a Gold Coast resort on Monday. The three-year-old girl was reportedly unconscious and not breathing when she was pulled from a pool at Seaworld Resort near Main Beach just after 5pm on Christmas Eve. Her rescuers revived the toddler and gave her oxygen, with the girl in a semi-conscious state by the time paramedics arrived. Police confirmed the girl was been transported to Gold Coast Hospital where she is reportedly in a stable condition. Advertisement Seaworld Resort was unavailable for comment and it remains unclear if the girl’s rescuers were staff or guests at the hotel. 19. ^ So what if he did? I only just heard about that. I don't pay much attention to the news, especially about kids performers. We just had an issue about threads going off track and becoming arguments between members, whether you intend it or not, we're 3 posts in and already this can be taken off track. OP, apart from the signs, (I'm not certain) but I don't think there is anything human-wiggle specific. The characters such as Wags and Dorothy I think would still be the same so there'd be no issue there.
  20. Which is kind of odd when there is a fully functional studio next door.
  21. I always laugh at his pixelated body against that background. Why not just film it next to the sign in the queue area?
  22. Signed up for this last night, didn't post in case there was something in T&C about not discussing it elsewhere.
