  1. With the mountain being removed, it will be interesting how the track looks. I never got to go on the ride, so to be able to see it all exposed should be cool
  2. @Skeeta yeah I misread DW original post, so as soon as I realised, I changed it. So I've been replying to people's comments who saw the original post
  3. Despite it being sad to go, it is great to see the park making progress, especially after all these used SBNO
  4. Crane is beginning to be set up. Tonnes of work around the area happening All the villains have been added to the arch wall, Superman and Batman are currently being installed
  5. I know they were testing those lights back in June, and when I drove past it last night, those lights weren't turned on
  6. Even when all the information has been released, the Gold Coast Bulletin still manage to find a way to stuff it up But I do like what I read here
  7. No, but Tim was just adding it to the list of things to come to the park
  8. Here is that said video: And I'm glad to see they are using the theme of Castaway Bay and introducing it into the new area. Hopefully it is as well detailed and themed as the current area is.
  9. The signage from White Christmas is still in place, but I imagine the Dusk till Dawn maze will stay in the same location this year
  10. A look at all the perimeter posts installed so far
  11. There are more panels to be installed for theming (laid next to the GL queue), and some are now being installed on the entrance arch to the queue area. There are also some connection points at the base for something (I imagine a sign of sorts or more characters). More fence posts are being installed, and this path has now been laid near the lift hill too. With all the vegetation it is looking really nice, but damn the road is a mess and will need a lot of work to fix it (Unless it purely is just dirt and a hose down would fix it) And I love this shot of the ride, just can't get over the scale of it. Workmen are also working on the Joker face and one train is also currently on the brake run, but no testing was done while I was there
  12. I think this is a great advertisement and the animation in it looks awesome. The Joker head looks awesome and glad to see they are going to have it lit up on both sides. Great they are building up the hype and making some very bold statements in the advert, which makes it even more exciting, but don't know why they wouldn't state the basic stats, like the height and speeds, rather than saying what they said. But overall it is a very strong advert.
  13. Early access for pass holders is now available and is only done through booking a session to see Mishka. The session starts at 8:30 and is available until October 8. https://themeparks.com.au/box-office/sea-world/polar-bear-experience#_
  14. Negative Gs is the feeling of weightlessness, so over airtime hills. While positive Gs is the force being pushed down onto your body, so in sudden direction changes or fast speeds Example: Superman Escspe launch is positive Gs while the airtime hills and negative
  15. It would've been a private event
  16. WWF and Batwings maintenance has been extended from the original dates, so they weren't all originally supposed to line up like this
  17. For rivals, the way I've heard it will work is, guests with VIP passes will be allowed to enter the park at 9;30 and ride it, while other guests will have to wait until 10.
  18. I actually really like that print they've done.
  19. Update from TPSN. The gates have now been removed, and the old road has been reconstructed within the park
  20. Wow that's pretty cool. Can't believe we haven't come across this before. That video is pretty awesome showing the Gs and speed you reach and various points throughout the track. Also seeing some of the rivals there are is cool
