@Luke Lex Luther definitely seems like a possibility, and agree with the points you've made. But there really isn't a theme that truly stands out right now to me. There are definite no's, but quite a few possibilities

Yep, no more track parts, except from the two extra yesterday, and there are the 2 shipping containers, but I think they are from yesterday too. And the structure for the second shelter is complete

@Tim Dasco well Superman goes to 100km/h, and if this is like the flash one, which reaches 120km/h, this will be quicker. And yeah not sure of what TOT reaches today, despite saying it will do 160km/h @YLFATEEKS the point I'm trying to make is that, I don't think we should compare this to the movie. SDSC is based off the movie, which isn't that great, but the ride is. GL was a terrible movie, but the ride definitely isn't bad at all. Superman Escape opened, and despite not being based off the movie, Superman Returns came out 6 months after the ride opened (but people were aware of the movie coming, and it wasn't that good either). So if it is themed to SS, I don't think we should say, nope this won't be good, or this is a bad theme, because MW may not take the movie version of the story and characters.

The suicide squad movie wansnt bad, just wasn't great, especially after all the hype for it. It was better than batman v Superman though. Along with Batman & Robin, GL in my opinion is one of the worst superhero movies made. And the ride, except for its name, focuses more on the comics, like all their other rides and characters. Except for Christopher Nolans batman. We don't see the SS version of joker and Harley Quinn in the park, so if the movie was themed around SS i imagine it would be the comic book version

Someone questioned DW on FB about the vintage cars closure and they said it is currently receiving some love and should be back up and running soon

Hahaha love how we've gone from watching grass grow and then getting excited over it being cut, to watching the track arrive, get excited and now we are trying to figure out its CMYK values and it's exact colour.

I could be wrong, but imagine it is to do with ride maintence, to allow for easier access to the motors in the centre, rather than having to remove a car

The track footings go no where near the villains area, so it won't be linked to that area. It's pretty safe to say it will be from the path between GL and JL. And here's an image to really show how far away they are

@Theme Park Girl Having my camera with my big lens didn't help me, so there wasn't any hiding. When they were first inspecting, they gave me a wave as I was taking a picture. After that I just waited until they did something else.

While I was there, there were a number of workmen inspecting the track and looking closely at the joints. I get your point, and I'm actually surprised they were making changes at that point, but that isn't a significant change they were making. And those pieces were numbered 55 and 56, so there is going to be a hell of a lot of track coming. And if i remember correctly, a while back when I was try to count the footers, there were almost 300 of them.

I doubt they could make such large changes with such late notice. Incident happen late October, and I'm fairly sure that everything, including paint colouring would've been locked in and couldn't be changed. And if they did change it, they aren't going to theme a ride to something that doesn't even match the colour the track. And for Suicide Squad seems to be the only reasonable option to match the colour that we see so far, but happy to be wrong. And as @red dragin says, it may not just be the one colour, but we will soon find out.

@Smeg I really hope so. @loki75 that's the only truck I've seen when I've visited. A similar looking truck was leaving the site when I was there the other week when the first containers arrived on site. But I haven't been there when the truck has delivered these coaster pieces

@YLFATEEKS nothing really, it was cut a bit, still has fencing around it, but thats about it. Im thinking the crane may be poisoned around here to move the pieces of the road. @Theme Park Girl may be able to have a better look when she gets there.

Already done my trip down, and it definitely is pink and not just the lighting. The second photo really shows how bright it is. And these are pieces 55 and 56, based off the numbering at the end of the track. Work happening everywhere today, not just in the carpark (Roof is continuing its installation). Bobcats doing some digging towards TopGolf part of site, and near lift hill.

I remember saying, nah it won't be pink, they've just got it on the banner so it stands out. Or maybe the coaster is pink so it stands out, hmmmm ?
