The integrated surf park resort also features a brewhouse, events centre, retail and commercial tenancies, 120-place childcare centre, a sports, health and medical hub (including the Gold Coast Titans training facilities), redesigned golf course and clubhouse, as well as relocated pro shop and wedding chapel. 222 apartments and 12 surf villas.

Its a terrible place for any development as the whole place is a massive flood plain. The golf course, and now the titans facility has been multiple meters under water across multiple major flooding events on the gold coast.
