What do you propose they do with the tip? Even if they close it, it will still be several years before they can cover it with fill so the stench will continue until then. "The Bus is now leaving for Smellys Creek, Victoria"

Surprisingly enough, you do get used to the stench when you have to deal with it every morning after a very hot day. One of the highlights of my work at Wonderland.

Ever thought that smell could be the sewerage treatment plant on Quakers Rd old son?  Probably not...
Not when you can drive from the SWR Tx site at Horsley park, all the way to Quakers Hill with the window open.. with the same smell coming in.. ZordMaker

i just love that the tip basically backs onto the back of Prospect Reservoir. Gives me higher confidence in Sydney Water, there has to be some sort of ground water movement
