I have a feeling that the wheel itself wouldn't be 100 million... thats lucrative... perhaps the entire development maybe. i don't know.

Wow!! They have started already, and it's only going to be finished at the END of 2009. Anyway, i'm preety sure that 100 million is for all the groud work, supports, development of the area (in the picture you can see grass and path ways) and the wheel. Anyway, I hope this wheel brings more tourism into Melbourne, which will tell them that bringing in a themapark is not such a bad idea for tourism (i hope that made sense)! CoAsTeRbOy8
