Heh, I wouldn't hold your breath. It seems as if there's news about its return every now and then, and then it turns into nothing.
hmmmm poor turbo when will it grace the Sydney show again? stops holding breath.

Anyone know much about the current state of this ride in Australia, and where it is now? Used to always be at the Royal Sydney Easter Show, yet havent seen it there for years. Heard it was at FOX in 2004. That would have been great. Any info would be terrific. Thanks!
Well Does anyone know know where Bells turbo is? its been 2 years since this topic was last spoke about?????

From what is being mentioned by showmen that I am in contact with it actually seems to be staffing issues at the moment. It was one of the reasons a few major rides didn't show up at EKKA last year (Thunderbolt mainly) Now weather or not this is 100% accurate I don't know. But it's what has been going around lately.

Hey there. Did the beloved Turbo ever make it back in to side show alley? Has anyone got any video footage of it in full swing. I can only find one very short clip. Would love to see and even better ride again.

The Turbo is Currently sitting in a warehouse in Queenbeyan just outside of Canberra. There is no news right now on the state of the ride, or when it is expected to return. From what I have heard (unconfirmed) the ride is basically refurbished but why it isn't travelling I wouldn't know. But it is probably due to staff shortages which caused Bell's Thunderbolt ride to retire from the Show Circuit earlier this year (apart from doing the capitals)

Thanks for that. You wouldnt have any video footage would you?

I saw the Turbo at Xmas time it looks fantastic, its name is turbo X. Its in Melbourne still they are just waitng on a few more parts and she will be right to go. I don't think it will come out until next year though due to staffing issues. Keep asking bells whenever you see them cause a bloke in the states is trying to buy it. Cheers OZshowkid
