First time i've been to movieworld in about 9 years... so there was a few changes for me. :) Firstly, just want to say that wagging work on a thursday and going to MW is awesome. The biggest line we ever had today was approximately 10 - 15 people. And the operators... my god.. those people are always professional and cheery. Honestly, i couldn't flaw the personnel down there. Sorry.. this sounds like a big "blow smoke up mw's ass" post... but i'm just stoked with the place and my trip... had a ball. OK.. onto the interesting (?) stuff. Superman was only running one train today, but it definitely wasn't an issue. The operators kept everything moving beautifully... the lockers are a good idea in a way, but unfortunately the lineup to get your stuff back out was a tad painful. we just got a locker in the main street and put everything in there before we went over. Lethal Weapon was beautifully smooth. the last refurbishment did the trick obviously (heard rumours it was getting rough a while ago) I've taken photos of the Batwing Escapes ride area, but not much to report. the whole area is still fenced off, and one small bobcat was cutting the dirt up around the main concreted ride base - it has a few pipes and wires sticking up through the concrete... and thats about it! :) i'll email Richard and see if he wants them. all in all, fantastic day. just had to share my joy with you guys. :)

Sounds like you had heaps of fun, Movie world is one of the best parks on the coast and they have really nice and funny operators which makes the day better.

Yea, there will be a construction update soon (next time i get down to the park) which i'm hoping to do soon. But i have noticed that Lethal has been very smooth in the past few months, It seems that it is the train, cause a few months ago when Blue train was on it hurt, since red train has been on, it's been real smooth. 1 thing i dont like is the New Lethal Weapon voice over, it sounds like some old guy just talking, wheras the other one had a bit of accent in it. Glad you had a good day!

did you see me by any chance maybe with your locker change? anyway always happy to say hello to a fellow theme park fan. glad you had a good day

Whereabouts where you Rabid? The lockers near superman or the lockers in teh main street?

I love it how Lethal Weapon is themed and the American voice overs make it heaps good, but you win some you lose some. I definatly agree with ride-ops at MW, there the best on the coast.
