As I said a few posts ago... What is with Wii games? lol This seems like another attempt to make another game that will turn out to be a hit. They do that to much now... Nothing will beat Mariokart or Marioworld or what ever they were called.

Lisa was gonna get the Simpsons game. She's going to get the Mario & Sonic one instead. Just off topic Tony are you gonna go to the WWW night event?

It wouldn't be hard to find more innovation in the Olympics one to the Simpsons game. Even though they put the Cliches in as a bit of a joke, the whole game just feels too derivative to be enjoyable. (Yes I am)

I just got Super Mario Galaxy. It's a wicked game... Any one played it? I also like Super Monkey Ball. That's just a whole lot of annoying fun! Ba ha ha!

Pretty decent game, had it for a few months but haven't played much because the Wii is on the TV parents are always using for news etc. We've got a nice LCD but it's apparently 'too good' for it...

Most people who already have it in Australia would either know someone in the industry or have a chip that allows them to play backups... I\'m not sure whether it\'s out in Europe yet, but they could\'ve imported it from there too... I thought it was out though! :P

It's out in the US, which is where I am currently living/working. That's how I got mine.

Just another question. Is the Carnival game good?
It's ok but the controls aren't precise and the presentation is kinda blah. Probably better for multiplayer but even then, you're probably better off putting the money into NoLimits, or whatever. I'd just save for SM Galaxy though.

Yesterday i got Mario V's Sonic Olympics and Mario Galaxy for $79 at K-Mart in Footscray. Also bought 3 Nun Chucks at JB-HI FI for $27 each at Highpoint. Only problem is that we have 3 remotes instead of 4.

Well i bought the 4th remote yesterday. It came with the silicon glove and a special clip. EDIT : You can now send Virtual Console games to your friends as gifts. Also the photo shop has been updated to 1.1 It now plays MP3's in AAC format only.

You people should try out Excite Truck. It's controlled the same way that silly cow game was controlled in Wii Play. I love it, the races are so insane.

I highly reccomend Super Mario Galaxy Reception: IGN 9.7/10 EGM 10/10 GameSpot 9.5/10 Famitsu 38/40 Nintendo Power 9.5/10 GamePro 5/5 GameTrailers 9.8/10 ONM 97% 1UP.com 9.5/10 Eurogamer 10/10 Edge 10/10 X-Play 5/5 Palgn 10/10 The game explores different gravity defying planets on a quest to search for 120 stars, on the way conquering boss fights and getting past obstacles. DEFINITELY A MUST!

It also got a 10/10 on Palgn.
Sorry for leaving it out. Atleast it got good marks on the most popular video game websites which is a positive

It was nominated for game of the year on Good Game, and in the review they said it was absoloute perfection. But it didn't win because people didn't have time to vote for it.
