I've seen videos of the new PWS Super Trooper named Phoenix operating in the eastern states, and it looks super cool! But i have just one question: Who owns this cool new ride?

GPL Amusements. I got a ride on it at the Melbourne Royal Show. Very fun family thrill ride. It's a modern take on the old 'paratrooper' style flat ride. Would recommend.
