There was once an article on this topic, but I was wondering whether anybody has follow up info on the Water Park on the sunshine coast.

It would have been published.

Here is a link with info http://www.adventura.com.au/Waterpark/index.html

Just a quick update on the water park at the Sunshine Coast. An article from yesterdays Sunshine Coast Daily says the park should be open just in time for summer 2009. Adventura are confident that a revised developement application will pass council with flying colours. It says "It will be the fourth in Australia and the second biggest next to Wet 'n' Wild on the Gold Coast." It expects a first year attendance of around 450,000.

There is an article in the sunday mail dated: 6th Jan 2007 if anyone is interested. I will scan the article and post it later tonight, some time after 8pm.

After reading the article in today's paper, it sounds like the same one that was printed in the Sunshine Coast Daily. Would be nice to know what company will be suplying the rides for the park....
