I'm all for calling out the Bulletin for sloppy journalism, but labeling the track magenta is perfectly fine regardless of how the park chooses to describe it for marketing purposes.

Driving by at 4:30am this morning, I have to say the spotlights they have set up highlighting certain features of the track do look really good 

Crane is beginning to be set up. Tonnes of work around the area happening

All the villains have been added to the arch wall, Superman and Batman are currently being installed

If the crane is being set up, that should mean any day now we'll see movie world's biggest erection getting head.

@Adventures With JWorld I believe it was said 75 metres.

Same size as it is while it's sitting on the ground.

Well they're ready to roll... Showers this morning possibly delayed the erection but now it's windy as hell down here. Could be a bit too much blow for the erection

It definitely won't be going up today. Unless the wind drops drastically. Ride won't soft open without it.

My guess is that they planned to soft open on Saturday but the wind is going to push that back to Sunday or Monday.

They wont open it on Monday. I'd say it will be Sunday.

In fairness in the past I'd been told a lot of the execs have the Monday off. Not sure how true that is or if it's still the case, but even so for something like this they might make an exception.

Until we get word that the Joker head is up then the soft opening isn't happening. Which could be Monday. No ones knows. It is all dependant on weather conditions at the moment.

Green Lantern was closed this morning to install the head but since it was too windy they did opening checks and the ride was open by the time I left at midday.
