Why is Movie World's website so old and outdated like they can open the best ride in the Southern Hemisphere but they are not capable of creating a reasonable website. Like come on it is so easy these day we even have websites to do it for you.

The DC Rivals site looks great. Main site is a bit dated but I'm sure they'll get to it, it's not one of those things you can just whip together in WIX.

If EA can recode a game due to backlash and have it ready for a day 1 patch, they can fix a website.
If Ridley Scott can recast and reshoot someone just weeks from opening date, they can fix a website.
If they can put in a brand new coaster, up/downgrade a map to reflect it, they can fix the website.

Hell the map icon not only hadn't been updated last i checked, but it doesn't work as advertised either. The icon is zoomed in and shows where lockers and toilets and whatnot are. Open it and only get the rides.

Funfields has had a 'CHAT' function for almost 2 years HAHAHAHA

... and Movie Worlds website isn't even responsive so right now they'll be updating 2 websites to cover mobiles and tablets & desktops. The navigation is also very poor, experience poor, design poor, but overall it's a MONSTER of a job to re-design & re-build. So many things could go wrong especially with all the e-commerce sections, seo and migration issues. Leading up to summer would be a big risk to launch a new site. I imagine they would stage out a re-design and development in the shoulder period.
