More information below is reply I got from jamberoo

The Blue Bobsled Track has just been temporarily removed to make way for the new slides but will be reinstated once the slides are in place.

Came here just to say much the same. Precincts were on the nose when they were just different scare zones at fright nights. Precincts should stay in the Police Academy universe where they belong. 

To all park operators - PLEASE stop calling new lands, zones, areas (or even just singular attractions) a "precinct". I'll even buy you a thesaurus if it helps you.

Like, literally a few posts above are construction pics where they have temporarily removed some of the toboggan track to  allow that feature to be built.

Yea I saw the construction photos but i fought the toboggan track was going to be reinstalled behind the new ride didn’t think it was going through the new ride
