  1. Funnily enough, just after Bermuda launched at Futuroscope, I played around with AI to envision a rocking boat attraction in the MC plot. Theming-wise, the Tasmans have established an expedition base on the river after discovering the temple. Basically, riders are on rugged jungle barges headed to the latest uncovered ruins. The start of the ride is made up of a calm journey through the jungle with various animal scenes and a large cavern scene. Midway through, a storm warning is issued by the base, resulting in floodwaters hitting. The boat is swept off course and encounters a number of rapids, heading straight for a large waterfall i.e lift and splash down which is located at the Wild end of the plot. After the splash down, the expedition to the ruins continues, before returning to the station.
  2. What crime did Victorians commit to deserve this? @Jobe
  3. I’m sure a lot of regional parks and parks outside the country would be happy to pick up a unique family coaster that does draw lines and isn’t too old for most likely fairly cheap even with the rides maligned reputation, so I wouldn’t be shocked to see this popping up at some park as their 2027 addition.
  4. I’d think that would be taking the GP for mugs tbh, and would undo all the good work DW has done in recent years on building its PR. Lying or “disguising” a rebrand as a new ride just wouldn’t fly imo. It’s not approved yet, and any development will be in conjunction with other development partners and not funded fully by CEH capital
