    Yes I have, and again it’s their own view/opinion of the current state of the area. Especially if you compare the progress of WOZ up the road. I do hope DW can pull it off and open by the end of the year, would be great to see two major new attractions at both parks open in time for the summer peak season!

    She/He is just sharing their view about how they interpret what the CEO said. Isn’t this the point of a thread/forum? I also think DW are just refurbing their existing cars to the theming to fit in River Town, going by the statements and media releases. Time will tell what DW has planned for MM and if Shake Shack is correct, I hope people on here are apologetic for their attack on someone’s opinion and vice versa by them… but going by this thread and several other ones, DW can’t do no wrong.

    Maybe people here need to google the definitions of new and rebuilt. New - produced, introduced, or discovered recently or now for the first time; not existing before. Rebuilt - Any broken parts are replaced with new or reconditioned ones, however, parts that are still within the manufacturer's specs are reused. Let’s just wait til it opens and see I guess

    Why are we still comparing NA opening/delay to JR? NA was delayed due to a global pandemic and DW has already played the weather card 8+ months before the end of the year’s opening. Let’s just wait to see if it opens in December.

    I’m not sure if we have seen any artist impressions yet, but does anyone know if there is any storytelling or what the queue line set up will be like leading up to JR? *DW if you’re reading this, please let us know!

    Yeah, I saw that too. It makes me wonder if they found an issue, especially since they had to remove pieces after announcing the final one was installed on July 30th. You think they’ve carefully planned the installation of the rollercoaster and theming to avoid more delays. Although, with the rain this week and as the Operations Manager mentioned on an earlier tv interview, ‘if the rain stays away, we plan to be opening by the end of the year.’ 😬

    Outdone by DW? Didn’t MW drop Kansas Twister trains last week and are following up with Wicked Witch, or can’t we just appreciate that two parks have new rides coming, without saying “they’re doing it because the other park did it”, guess not…

    My interpretation of “Never been done before” was related to The Wizard of Oz being created into a theme park as its own land. I’m just enjoying all the bts content we are getting out of the park, which is awesome! Hopefully we see this continue with Scooby Doo’s refurb.

    It looks like a WB thing more than a Movie World decision. See WB World has these costumes, so maybe they need to align to the rest of the Worlds?

    It’s been lit like this for Autism QLD Day… just drove past and it’s lit up Red and Yellow now. Looks cool with Green Lantern, Rivals all lit up at night! Well done to the AV team, wonder what it will do when the ride is operating?
