When I first heard about Xcelerator and found out that it was a launched coaster I got the impression that it was a launch and loop, then I found out that Knotts already has one of them.Montemuzos Revenge or something like that. Can somebody tell me what actually happens on the ride?

Take a look at my Knott's Berry Farm galleries from last year at Total Thrills to get an idea of Xcelerator's layout: January 2003 December 2003 (better)

Thank you,looks good.

i saw it when it was under constructon was peeved of that the track had finshed but they were still working on the queue line and i couldnt ride

What are the over banked turns like? Are they the main feature of the ride or is the Top Hat?

I think that the tophat is the main feature. It is what lures people to the ride and keeps them comign back. The turns are great as well. THey give such a good follow up. Having ridden it,thats what I think
