It's worth pointing out that Parque Warner Madrid have both a simulator (Batman Knight Flight) as well as a Madhouse (Hotel Embrujado) As for the original suggestions, I have thought about something like this for MW, it could be worked into a special effects Walk through type thing...essentially like a better version of what they used to have, but with this tacked on the end (Bill it as a demonstration of optical illusions or whatever)

Probally if they want somthing small but that will still draw the crowds though, this idea is kind of a bit like what dreamworld just had with AVPX but. they could if they want it outside just set up like a miniature town, like on blazing saddles, and make it like a laser tag but without the laser use like a what kids laser tag toys do. And use a invisible beam but theme it to like the end of the movie with the bad guys going nuts looking for the good guys shooting everything in their path then, run thorough different backdrops shooting the good guys and add crap like a cap smoke effect to all of the guns or somthing. Just a suggestion but crap like all of my others.

I went on something like this at A Maze'N Things, Phillip Island http://www.amazenthings.com.au/illusions.html It is the one on the bottom. Basically you work through the rotating drum instead of sitting down like on Mad House.
