I just found this description of a Vegas ride. At 866 feet, X Scream is the world's third highest thrill ride. shaped like a giant teeter-totter, X Scream is an open vehicle that propels riders head-first 27 feet over the edge of the Stratosphere Tower at 30 miles per hour and then dangles them weightlessly above the Strip. Anyone got any pictures of this in action? Im sure they are out there but I couldn't be bothered to find them at the moment. "The Bus is now leaving for Mianus, Connecticut, USA"

I decided to make an effort. Pictures and info can be found here: here, here and here Enjoy. "The Bus is now leaving for Pis Pis River, Nicaragua"

3rd highest at nearly 900 feet?????? Blow me down!!

You can stick that right up your clacker. Bugger that

You would hope the brakes worked every time wouldn't you!! "The Bus is now leaving for Burkina Faso"

Don't worry the ground will stop you anyway

Bleh, the arrow fishhook on the side of the tower would have been better. A 900 foot vertical drop sounds much better than a sea-saw (X-Scream). What bugs me about the ride is it's name. Too many parks (or hotels) are abusing the "x" to make the ride "cool". Xcelerator, X, X-Scream.. when will they end? Anyway, the ride looks quite thrilling. ~Liam

X-rated?? Oh yeah wait never mind...

this is like old news guys get with the program You guys should join overseas boards like westcoaster, ACN ect then you would get a world perspective. also screamscape is the number 1 site for news he updates his site 3 times a week. as for vegas next year will be my 4th trip there so will ride this new ride but still dont think it will beat Speed the ride at sahara hotel or thrill shot on top of tower.

I'll second the crap name post. Next they'll be calling a ride P-Viper
