A TRAINER has been injured on Queensland's Gold Coast by a falling dolphin. Ambulance officers were called to the Sea World theme park about 3.15pm (AEST) to find a trainer had sustained neck and back injuries after a dolphin fell on him, a Department of Community Safety spokeswoman said. The injuries were minor, the spokeswoman said. "It's not every day you can say that happened,'' she said. In a statement Sea World said a marine mammal trainer incurred a minor soft tissue injury when he was "bumped'' by a dolphin doing an aerial manoeuvre in a training session. The trainer, who was in the pool with the dolphin, was assessed by the Sea World nurse and was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure, the statement said. "The trainer will return to work tomorrow,'' the statement said. There was no injury to the dolphin. A Sea World spokeswoman said no further information was available.

It's educational, People don't spend 60 or so bucks to education. They want some fun, not the dribble boring shit sea world serves up.
Err, Sea World is a marine park/zoo so I would be thinking it is high up on why people go there. Most of the attractions are educational so I would be saying that is why they go. If people wanted to go to a park for rides and thrills Sea World would be as high on the list as the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is.

Well they should least make it fun, Add actual ride's as they ride count is very low and im not counting the transport rides as rides as they just transport and the animals just boring, Make them actually do something interesting like dunno Polar Bear fighting, feed unwanted children to dolphins? etc well the dolphin thing unlikely but would solve the children problem in the school holidays but anyway try to make the place less boring ^_^
