It's correct though. I checked another way, by measuring Sea Viper and the DW amphitheatre in Google Earth, and the length of Sea Viper is indeed about the width of the amphitheatre times two. And that roundabout is a huge one...50m wide! So not too hard to believe.

The roundabout is about 19 car bays wide. A standard parking bay is 2800mm wide, so 53.2m for 19 cars. Thats pretty close to the 50m I measured And its a fair bit bigger than suburban roundabouts:
