I was just wanting to get a ball park figure on how much a feasibility study would cost in order to create a theme park, Does anyone know?

It really depends on how big the land is, how big you want the park and who you employ to do the study. For a theme park it may cost a fair amount as they are generally very large and complex. I have seen the possible price of 10,000 dollars. It also depends on the location as if the location is not in a very populated area or near a very populated area it would be no use. I hope that helped.

^ $10000 Only? If the company is charging out at say $200/h, that implies the whole study being done in 50 man hours....Doubt it could be done that quickly! Where did you get the $10000 figure from?

The proposed Perth Theme Park Resort is getting a $2 million feasibility study, so I doubt $10, 000 would get you very far.

$10,000 would barely cover the cost of printing the report.

Th 10,00 was just a cost I found in the industry so I have no idea what part of the industry it is from.

But where did you find it, specifically?

I don't know. It was just in the brief description given to you by google.
