They'll probably just put a Po figure at the centre of the ride....

Thats what I intitially pictured - A Po Figure standing in the centre with these "Wolf" heads "flying" around him, as if they are fighting, 543004_10151142860218613_1150302168_n.jpg

  • Is it just me or when I hear "Po's Garden" I think it has something to do with this?

  • You didn't hear about Mick Doohan's Dippin' Dots Rollercoaster? Will go to the park tomorrow and get pics of construction, promise. Does anyone else want photos of anything while i'm there?

  • It's confirmed for summer that they're relocating the Captain Sturt to the furtherest corner of the park and using the land to build something awful with Mick Doohan's name on it. (Didn't this already

Wow... that would actually fit the theme really well! I was wondering how they'd tie it in.

look like the "wolf" villians from the second film to me : 275px-BossWolf.jpg 300px-WolfPack.jpg

Fail. They look nothing alike. The fibreglass thing at DW doesn't have a pointy nose. And the eyes look different, more bulge shaped. And the colours are different.

So who said these are the ride vehicles for the new Zamperla Air Race anyway? Dreamworld only said that the picture is a sneak peak of the new land - not necessarily the new ride this thread is focussed on, perhaps as someone else has mentioned these ride vehicles could be for the retheme of the "Bumper Beach" dodgem cars? (Assuming the dodgems are returning)

Nobody, they could easily be some other bit of fibreglass stuff in the land, eg a statue at a ride entrance, a centerpiece for the ride etc etc.

Still have not renewed my Dreamworld pass, or felt the inclination to purchase a wvtp pass, just not overwhelmed by the new attraction line up so far. I will wait to see seaworlds coaster

On a side note I've got to say I find that really strange. I understand that everyone has their own opinion but movie world has added green lantern and justice league (both decent rides), wet n wild has added constrictor (a great waterslide) and sea world is building seal harbour and the water coaster. If I lived up that way the decision to buy a VIP pass would be easy I forgot about Arkham asylum too!

Yep, so it's a Chinese Lion Costume!

Nope, was a Dragon after all: http://www.dreamworld.com.au/Attractions/Kung-Fu-Panda-Land-Of-Awesomeness/Awesomeness.aspx

The Skadoosh bumper cars are family fun at its best where kids can learn how to drive a dragon with mum or dad as their passenger. Set amongst a busy marketplace, the arena features brightly coloured festival dragon cars which dart and manoeuvre at the whim of the junior drivers.

Those lions are back again, they look like the same ones used for the "'Mummy Tomb Live" scare maze, and where used for the Chinese New Year decorations at the Billabomg Resturant.

They were also used when Kung Fu Panda 2 was at the Dreamworld cinema

I'm not sure anyone saw this there was a bolt on one of the fences of Pandamonium's queue line we told the manger (Todd Coates wasn't there) but when we came back from white water world the bolt was gone.... Todd Coates's staff should be aware for next time...

Hold on, so there was a loose bolt sitting on a fence, thought the CEO should have been advised, and was surprised that later on it was gone?

Each to their own. Some people hate music videos. So maybe you'd prefer it to music but others may not.
