Tis a shame really.

Whilrwind I beleive was the prototype Maurer Sohne spinner, so was quite rough and didn't run as well as the more modern ones. We dodged a bullet.

Yeah I am aware that it was the prototype. It was actually a travelling coaster on the German circuit before it wound up at Camelot. I was more referring to its a shame that we wont be seeing a Maurer spinner here anytime soon than lamenting the loss specifically of Whirlwind.....still with some rehab it could have been a decent ride here. Lets hope whatever Adventure World is getting will be something worth getting excited about.
