I hear you, maverick owns anything at Cedar Point IMO, and most of my fave coasters are under 200 feet. I've heard some int(amin)eresting rumours too lol.

Have they even officially announced what type of ride Doomsday Destroyer is, even though it's fairly obvious to anyone with functioning eyes?

Hopefully the coaster will be fairly obvious soon.

Lol. It was in all the news articles the other day that Movie World is planning to make an major announcement in the next few weeks ?

Hmm I doubt it. They only just announced the Golf attraction. I dare say they will probably be planning to stagger them a bit, even if it's only by a few weeks

Didn't the CEO say within 4-6 weeks they'd be making a major announcement? 

I doubt you'd give that timeframe and then make the announcement literally a few days later..

It was 60 days. So I'm thinking early August.

If only it was a DC film about to film next door, they could have made a big deal about the grand opening of the new area with promotion in park with the actors etc. 

Quite ironic that whilst all the focus in park is DC, that the production arm of VR is using Thor 3 as a tent pole opportunity to snatch future Marvel productions for the studio's and Australia

Ninja's first reply originally said 'at what time tomorrow' and i think this is where the 'next day announcement' hype came from. Smeg didn't ever give an actual timeframe other than 'soon'

Sorry I don't know anything I saw they were making an announcement in the next few weeks and I thought this might include the coaster so I thought it was time to warm up this topic ready for an announcement and get people talking again looks like it worked, sorry if I caused any premature excitement my bad

I heavily doubt it, but I couldn't help thinking that there's a tiny chance that some of this mysterious track could be coming our way...

I read on TPR that the gold track was confirmed for Hot Go Park in China, not sure how reliable this is though...

Maybe we are getting it in time for the olympics. Green and gold for australia, poo-brown because of how shit we do at the summer olympics....
