I have 3 ideas:

1. A Dreamworks Character

2. Big Brother (there has been a lot of action lately from members of the previous production team, hinting things).

3. Kevil Hill (or something similar in that building).

most probably the guy diamond troll due to the glitter effects on the insta story

Could also be the night sky - and as we know, Neon Nights was just announced. Maybe a link between the two?

Its not big brother, all the major networks have already had their 2019 programming reveals back in November/December. Something as significant as a return of Big Brother would have been a highlighted program for shareholders. They are also likely to sell the land the house is on anyway for development.

My guess is either an announcement of an artist for neon nights, or given the space/sky theme, it’s probably just some chump in a space suit coming to the park to say “Sky Voyager will open in the next few weeks”.

Surveyor, in preparation for the future huge housing development from Beatie Road to Foxwell Road 🤡

I know, there is a tv show in America of business consultants that visit businesses that are just about to go broke, embarrass the owners and managers about their current situation and make changes to try to return them to profit . 🤡
