    I'm pretty certain this fenced off area to the right hand side of the staff entrance is signposted as a HLS - although admittedly its been a few years since I went down that end of the carpark.

The top right corner of this view shows a Windsock:

And here's the google streetview, although there does not appear to be any signage indicating that it is in use, the windsock suggests it's still relatively active:
