Warner Bros. Movie World's Attraction Wild West Falls is going down for Annual Maintenance. During this time the ride is getting a much needed facelift. Any thoughts on the possibility's of the new Special Effects for this Attraction

Push? I'd be happy with it either being restored to its heyday or rethemed into something new but just as exciting. NOT a PASS>HWSD style refurb though.

It wasn't shut down in that sense. A very informative MW staff member (he knows who he is! If he reads this, thank you ) explained to me that the LED green lantern logos on the front of the individual carts is doubled up on the switch which also controls the audio effects. When the Lantern logo on a cart isn't working properly, it HAS to be turned off, because of strict DC requirements that the Green Lantern logo must be displayed properly at all times. So since the LED lights on a couple of the carts recently were playing up, they had to be turned off, consequently the audio went with it. Thankfully the good ol' Movieworld mechanics decided to finally tackle the problem today and fixed all the LED lights on the carts, thus now they can all be turned on normally again

It would be great to see something like this, but obviously themed to Doomsday or a villain. Something to make the area come alive and interactive.

DD is getting some more attention this morning. They are welding more parts of framework to it. More wiring being done. Also have what looks like big plastic containers of fuel or oil or something up there too.

Thanks Iwerks. Altogether now the tally is over $21,000 and so far this year $2500. If anyone else wishes to donate, even if its juts a few dollars, it all helps and is appreciated. Its pretty cold out there at night just now and Vinnies are able to use the money immediately. I also have some of my Exec team joining me this year and they have raised over $2k sperately.
